Six Hidden Beaches Hike

9:30am  Meet in the Romantic Zone
We’ll meet in the Romantic Zone and hop on the local bus for a scenic coastal ride, passing several beautiful southern beaches of Puerto Vallarta.

10:00am  Arrive in Boca de Tomatlán
We’ll arrive in this small fishing village where our coastline adventure begins.

10:00am – 10:30am  Start the hike + lookout point
Our journey begins between jungle and ocean. We’ll stop at a viewpoint for amazing pictures before reaching the smallest beach in Mexico—one of the most special spots on the trail.

10:30am – 11:00am  Swim at the second beach
Enjoy a refreshing swim and recharge with ocean views.

11:00am – 12:30pm  Hike to four more hidden beaches
We continue our hike across the coastline, visiting four additional hidden beaches. Expect more epic views, swimming opportunities, photo moments, and learning about the area.

12:30pm – 1:30pm  Fruit & coconut break
Rest at the fifth beach, where you can buy fresh fruit and coconuts from local vendors.

1:30pm – 2:30pm  Lunch at Las Animas
At the last beach—Las Animas—you’ll enjoy delicious seafood at a local restaurant (lunch not included).

2:30pm – 3:30pm  Water taxi back
We’ll return by water taxi for a scenic ride along the bay. The included water taxi goes from Las Animas to Boca. From Boca, we’ll take the city bus back to Puerto Vallarta.

• Difficulty: Intermediate

• NOT recommended for people who are physically unconditioned, injured, recovering from surgery, or with mobility/health issues.

• Expect uneven terrain, steps, rocks, and short uphill/downhill sections.
